Success has been seen when teachers can see another teacher implementing this and a student succeeding. When that teacher becomes the champion in supporting the work to change mindsets. When teachers have help in navigating the planning and instruction on the road to their successful teaching with a different approach than what they've done year after year.
Megan Ohlssen (she/her), CLE
52:42
When I see this work in schools it involves ongoing school-wide learning and strong collaboration, an operationalized sense of collective responsibility, a giving of voice and sharing of power with families, and (unsurprisingly) strong leadership mindset around inclusion…. A non-negotiable around that mindset ;)
Megan Ohlssen (she/her), CLE
